Indeed! They always think they are doing what is right. They always think what they believe is universally good and correct. It's fundamentally a battle of cultures, of values. There is a quite large collective of humans that believe it is proper and good to enslave and exploit productive people for the collective's self-interest. No amount of arguing or logic will convince them that your exploitation and enslavement is bad. It directly benefits them, they have the power, and so you will be enslaved.
