Well, the most prominent Wu I know is a white ghoul from Mississippi who pretends to be a woman. Some call him the Dedham Shambler. His parents were lily white as far as anyone knows. Coincidentally, he also lives in Boston and ran for Congress there in a very lolworthy parody of a campaign. Some speculate he got the votes he got (which were still meager) due to people confusing him for the Wu in the video.

BatWu was born John Walker Flint, so that's entirely appropriation by him using it.
