Greenies and their broken plan want to convert everything to electricity while simultaneously destroying the electrical production. Germany seems to be possibly the stupidest of it too. You don't hear a ton about it stateside, but they generally go around here and harass power plants with environmental lawsuits until they announce they are shutting them down. Killed off most of the coal plants that way. Gas will be next I'm sure.
