More often than not, dogs first show their discomfort with the situation. Now... sometimes they are the weird ones, but a lot of times the owners just ignore things and that's how they end up with issues.
I don't like Joe Biden. That's a fact and I was polite about it. In this case, all I'm saying is that I don't find it impossible that him or members of his family and/or staff overstepped things.
