Paul's views on the Jews are complex, but he is generally regarded as the first person to make the claim that by not accepting claims of Jesus' divinity, Jews disqualified themselves from salvation. Christians quickly adopted Paul's views.

This is all right there in the Bible. This has been the beliefs of Christians for over 2,000 years.
