China already vastly outnumbers the USA. The only reason they'd need to "thin out" the population further is if they wish for full extinction, but any technique which could accomplish that would be far too dangerous to do.

Prior to the government's experiments on black communities by secretly spreading out drugs, they ALMOST were back to equality with white communities. Then poof, up in smoke: Fenty Floyd is an icon, single parenthood is the norm, as is gang warfare. Experiment successful, injecting large drug supplies into stable communities ruins them FOR GENERATIONS, huge destruction payoff for minimal investment. Public knowledge, public publishing of this experiment set, why wouldn't China take the exact same data and repeat the experiment for peer review?
