If I were to found a company, its mission statement would just be "we want to sell the highest quality product for the lowest price, while ensuring our workers are well paid and enjoy their jobs". No social justice garbage or pet causes, just selling product.
BRC has been the weirdest fall from grace in the past year.
You'd think being not-Starbucks would be enough to just coast on that. The coffee on the opposite end of the scale from basic white girl.

It’s hard to believe the days of “sell good product to dedicated niche” were five years ago at minimum.
