No, they didn't end the story in the season they did. I hear they ended with a shitty adaptation of Ballad of Fallen Angels with Julia shooting everybody, and teasing Ed at the end. But none of that matters anymore.
ooof. Cowboy Bebop the anime didnt have cursing in it, even when they were angry, and that show depicted shootings, stabbings, decapitations, gore/blood. But no cursing. And rightfully so, it wasnt vulgar for the sake of vulgarity.
Cursing isn't a black/white thing. People have personality to their profanity just like any other idiosyncrasy. My mother used the phrase "crapass" instead of "shit" when something bad happened. A guy I used to raid with called literally everything he disliked "cocksmokers."
In that sense, Faye would absolutely curse like no other but not in this manner, which is why everyone finds it awful.

I can imagine Faye cursing like a sailor if anyone would, but it doesn't add anything and just ends up making it look campy.
