Pizza, more specifically "cheese pizza" is euphemism for "cp", as in child porn.
Over the last few years there have been hilariously ironic stories like that of "Dr Pizza" who for years said this was just a meme and/or alt-right trolling etc. Then he got busted trying to solicit sex with minors proving the meme all along.
New blurb from Feb 2020:
A hung jury forced a federal judge to declare a mistrial today in the case of former Ars Technica reporter Peter Bright, who was indicted in May [2019] for allegedly attempting to solicit sex from minors. Bright was arrested last year [2019] in an FBI sting in which an undercover agent posed as a mother willing to arrange a sexual encounter between Bright and her children, ages 7 and 9. During the trial, the defense argued that Bright was under the impression that he and the FBI agent were engaged in “ageplay,” and that the children were in fact consenting adults.
He's bullshitting btw, he knew.
Edit:
Some slightly related links going back over the years from some of the bigger names tied to the Anti-GG side of things
It doesn't even matter if the ageplay thing was real, he's still turned on to the idea of sex with minors, still a pedo, otherwise why even do the ageplay thing
I do not get it. Can someone let me in on what is going on.

It. Keeps. Happening.

At that point, you pull the affluenza gambit: "I'm too rich to know right from wrong, your honor."
Since the strategy surprisingly doesn't have a 100% fail rate, it's a fine hail mary to salvage whatever idiocy you've admitted earlier.
