Just because Germany sends a telegram doesn't give Mexico possession of the territory. Firstly it is contingent on America entering the war. Germany wanted to keep us out of the war so they aren't going to invade for no reason. How is 100 year old propaganda still this fucking effective? Talking about violating our sovereignty if we violate theirs is not the same as actually violating our sovereignty.
