The working world, when it was male dominant, was 100x more fun to work in. Guys could "shoot-the-shit" with each other, say whatever they wanted and competitiveness was seen as fun not as "toxic". The work environment when it was male dominant made people better because the men would compete with one another and strive to improve. Work was actually a lot more "fun" and in some ways it was a "safe-space" for men to get away from all the drama and toxicity that existed in their personal lives.
Women have utterly destroyed the workplace. Men's lives are inarguably much worse with women in the workplace. Nothing good has come of this.
Many women are getting into work positions they don't deserve, either from affirmative action, or from the genetic male mindset of protecting women. Men evolved to protect and provide for women, not compete with them. Men cooperate and compete with one another, in ways that are good for the tribe. We're supposed to work in male dominated areas. When you bring women into that environment, it ruins the male relationships and competition.
When this happens, merit is destroyed. Merit is a foundational philosophical concept of stable/successful civilization. When you take it away, civilization begins to slide toward collapse. Is it any wonder that affirmative action started right around when women entered the workforce? The same destructive force is playing out in the military too. Women can't compete with men, so they're given extremely lax standards compared to men (go read reports of women inclusion in military units from guys on the ground, not from the generals, if you haven't), and it's negatively affecting everyone, morale, productivity, efficiency, and in any violent scenario causes higher casualty rates.
It also runs contrary to the genetically evolved mindsets of women. Women thrive when they're safe and provided for. Most women crumple under strain of any serious competition that would be seen in a male dominated space. Women are also risk and labor averse, and avoid all jobs that hint at danger or intense manual labor. Why do you think feminists never complain about lack of female representation in jobs like farming, plumbing, construction, trash removal, sewage work, tree trimming, etc.?
