The working world, when it was male dominant, was 100x more fun to work in. Guys could "shoot-the-shit" with each other, say whatever they wanted and competitiveness was seen as fun not as "toxic". The work environment when it was male dominant made people better because the men would compete with one another and strive to improve. Work was actually a lot more "fun" and in some ways it was a "safe-space" for men to get away from all the drama and toxicity that existed in their personal lives.
Women have utterly destroyed the workplace. Men's lives are inarguably much worse with women in the workplace. Nothing good has come of this.
It didn't just flip magically, it was a slow process that began with world war 2 and progressed to what could be considered completion in the 2000s.
Or, if you're TheImp, is still progressing and will be completed by 2030 when women kill most the men and bar the rest from any job other than garbage collector.
If you've been through this at work, it's definitely the fanatics attitude. He's not understating it.
I still think the "they're all conspiring to commit mass murder and enslave you" sentiment is a bit of an overstatement.
I will admit there are probably 100 misandrist hiring managers to every 1 misogynist at this point, because only one of those groups is being suppressed whilst the other is practically encouraged. I'll even admit that it looks like one sex seems to, on average, need significantly less encouragement to become rampant, spiteful chauvinists.
But it's all a spectrum and only the most fanatical will still be trying to tip the balance hard against men all the way to the ground. Even if men as a whole just roll over and die, left to their own devices even feminists would probably reach an equilibrium between the rabid kill-all-men radicals and the more "moderate" feminists who think men are just somewhat dysfunctional versions of women. Probably around the point of mild inequity against men that the moderates won't have to feel too bad about.
