And who wouldn't? You can get white women to tear down the white men and beat them out of their jobs. "disadvantaged black people" are the tool you use to do it.
This isn't idle speculation - I work in tech and once you get an indian boss or a majority of indians on the team the team, everyone non-indian will be fired or pushed out within the next year or two.
Unlike dumb white people, indians are very good at working together as a group and keeping "outsiders" out of their group, and it's very effective.
