I agree, but it's not a proper cabal. Like, John Kerry isn't necessarily checking in with Klaus Schawb for orders. They are all operating under the same guidelines and culture, but they are still operating for themselves.

Despite calling themselves collectivists, no Leftist will ever collectivize. Most collectivism is simply a lie to serve the worst kind of individual. So what sits at the top are a swath of individuals vying for their own agenda and dominance. It so happens that Leftist, Globalist, rhetoric is their medium to navigate to power.
