As I understand it their terrorists use fertilizer bombs because gun confiscation doesn't stop people determined to kill. Welcome to America's future of the Left gets their way on gun control. Somehow I doubt they'll be as gung ho about fertilizer control. Fertilizer bombs don't make very good self defense weapons.
