Yeah I have to give him the benefit of the doubt since he's literally trying to save his life from an angry mob, still. Kenosha wasn't the end of it. If people buy his story, at least it will demolish the white supremacist / "he went there to shoot at protestors he didn't like" myth. That's a big if.

If he was represented by good lawyers I might say this is a strategy to help win settlements against all those that defamed him as a white lives matter guy.

Before there was no evidence one way or the other, now there's evidence he's the opposite of what they claim. Not a lawyer, but presumably it's easier to prove malicious intent for statements made against him from now on.
