I mean I heard that number somewhere. I think it's fairly accurate for an internet comment. There were a shitload of black people in SA after the Boers and the Brits made it a nice place to live. They came from everywhere in that region.

IDK if they had an immigration policy or a proper border. It's fuckin Africa. Crazy shit happens.
