Fuck that. The left doesn't get to pick and choose what's okay "when they do it".

Regardless of what was acceptable 50 years ago the left would go full retard on any conservative wearing blackface and calling black people Negros. Yet they regularly defend left-leaning politicians when they do it ... again and again and again.

Make them live by their own rules.
