No, the indoctrination has stripped that part of them away.
You would have to go full cult deprogramming to bring them back. As in kidnap and force them to live as a peasant in an area without any outside contact for a couple of years. Ain't nobody got time for that.
It would be a colossal waste of time and money. Just put a bullet in them.
