Saying "Critical Race Theory isn't being taught in K-12 schools, it's a law school course" is like saying "Number Theory isn't taught in K-12 schools, it's an advanced mathematics topic only taught in universities" as all that is taught in K-12 schools is counting, integers, multiplication, divisibility, prime numbers, remainders, algebra, etc.

Montessori schools do not teach Montessori techniques, they apply it.
I guess you could say they take the critical out of it and replace it with dogmatic
