This is just the entire "Republican attack on Big Bird" narrative taken to its (il)logical extreme.
They are scrambling to portray objections to literal big pharma propaganda aimed at children as frivolously as they possibly can. It's like climate propagandists hiding behind Greta while anyone who dares criticize her rhetoric is accused of attacking a child.
If that's the route they want to take, maybe it's time to start naming names instead of letting them hide behind a children's show character:
