Cloudflare's DNS-over-HTTPS service doesn't leak information about you to the site you're looking for. The admin of Archive.is/today/etc doesn't like that, so he refuses to honour those DNS requests.
Your provider may be blocking you. You can try switching to OpenDNS, or some other DNS solution. If it's a firewall, VPN or Tor. You can also just switch 'ph' to one of the other ones.
For some reason I always get DNS errors when tying to access archive.ph. Whats up with that?
