These last few days alone, a T.O. teacher showed up in Blackface for Halloween; another under lens for racial slur. In Scarborough, a Black parent told a rally his son, 9, was the victim of racist bullying,escalating hate at William G. Davis

This. This is what is meant by an "explosion" of racism.

What a fucking joke. It doesn't even sound like it even got physical; mean words, that's the worst of it.
