Not so much a honeypot as low-hanging fruit. Not really any way to prove it either way. We had tons of evidence from the pizzagate stuff but if nobody makes the connections nobody hears about it. Some "crazy" will probably take a shot at a new Comet Pizza (the Bidens' house?) and that's the last we'll hear of it.
