The current energy crisis has the potential to get really bad because (at least in Europe) politicians don't care. Let's hope prices will relax after the winter when farmers need more fertilizer.
In the mean time, whenever I go shopping I pick up a few extra shelf-stable items to stock up.
It claims the high price of oil is somehow all due to the government (apparently controlling the entire world) and the people who voted for it and no who now suffer but should blame themselves for their votes. It's such an incredibly crude propaganda based on the most stupid lies and probably plenty of people believe it because an average person is fucking dumb.

No need, there are amazing nitrogen fixing plants that can be used to make fertilizer. Organic ftw.
