I wouldn't call it a falling out as much as Tim being a little bitch. AFAIK they still get along on a personal level but Tim doesn't want Adam upstaging him on his show.

Yeah the most interesting part of Timcast was Adam. So when he left I stopped watching
Tims fence-riding skills are impressive, but he's been nothing but a joke for many years.
