If you post anything critical of Nintendo you get slammed with trolls there instead of an actual discussion about their arrogance and it feels like the Wii U era again of silencing all dissent. I posted how they are too focused on their watch thing and only one person agreed with me. I am not sure what I did wrong:

Because you are an asshole that makes arguments like the 12 year old you are.
I don’t even like Nintendo.
I don’t think it’s just this forum, Nintendo is known for having some of angriest fans on the planet. It was so much fun trolling them back when the switch released.
Other companies make visual novels about trannies inside their zombie games, Nintendo makes Mario turn into a dinosaur and go kart racing. That’s why they are liked more.
But that new online price LMFAO, 30 bucks to play n64 games?? Fuck outta here
Why not?
Excessive emotional response may not be useful on its own, but it does showcase a passion for the product and is therefore useful to market analysis as to the ongoing popularity of the product.
Are people in general becoming more cultish about their favourite brands of things? If so, that's a horrifying trend, and I'm not even sure I know where to start explaining why.
Nintendo I feel do have the feel of a corporation about them. Exist to make money, push out games on their own system, never cross play so people come to you. This results in Nintendrones worshiping the company because they grew up with or make YT content for but their relationship is purely one sided. Nintendo copyright strike anything of good will and make sure their games are in the company image, not fan creators. This leads fans to lash out when you point out this domestic abusive relationship but they tell you it's fine and you're the one with the problem.
It feels like Stockholm Syndrome.
I fixed mine thru calibrating it so I forgot there even is drifting and they changed the way you calibrate it to supposedly make it less frustrating. In fact the only issue now is due to a certain game requiring heavy button mashes (AOC) I have one stick that is physically busted on a cheapo controller.
