Except they're doing it to everyone, not just the poor. Just because they view everyone else with contempt, to justify the evils they do against us, doesn't mean their actions are objectively good, or their reasons and pursuits in eugenics is objectively good.

Also, I was more replying to the OP's post, since they were musing about the possibility of instilling more fear into the vaccinated, which isn't a positive trait.
