Yeah, that’s sort of how I explained it, after I read it… It’s still evil, and… He still didn’t care. Even with that explanation. Which… Says a lot, really. :-/

Also, let’s be clear, here: these dogs get killed afterwards. I 100% guarantee you that. So… Mutilated, tortured, and then killed. Probably shot, too, rather than “put to sleep”…

Yeah, there’s no way anyone can justify this, no matter how you swing it…
