We collectively went wrong when we pretended intrinsic genetic differences in people didn’t matter, when went straight from judge the individual to pretending everyone is equal or capable of being equal. This narrative is so far from reality it has caused mass cognitive dissonance.

You are not even equal to the person you were 5 years ago. But I’m a firm believer in looking at the individual but that is seen as bad now.
