You can always tell the colour of a criminal's skin if it is NOT mentioned by the Media. Or their politics, or religion: if it isn't mentioned? That's confirmation that it is not a White, conservative Christian :/
Also (as I read elsewhere) if it's a "lone wolf" it's not a WCC, and if it's "a vast dangerous conspiracy network" then it is a WCC, no matter how alone he acted.
