Recall how financial regulators during the Obama Presidency pressured banks to cut off credit to pay-day lenders.

Mark Pearce retains his role at the FDIC proclaiming who isn't allowed to participate in the economy. Operation Chokepoint never ended and those mechanisms are currently used to debank dissidents.
