I mean Achilles surgery isn't exactly a bullshit response, he had surgery on his ankle and within 24 hours had problems caused by blood clots that formed in his leg. Without the vax that's just a "well-duh" chain of probable cause and effect, that's exactly one of the more common risks of leg surgery. With the vax it's more of a black box where it's unknowable how much the vax contributes to that risk from just one person.
