Uh, no, the point of C*T is to let worthless people pretend they were oppressed instead of facing reality that they just didn't bother to invest the time and hard work to be good at something.
Will Smith has worked with great actors, so he knows he's a useless clod. He has to support BLM/CRT or admit that he's untalented and undeserving. Just like Neil deGrasse and so many others.
That's how it works. It's the ego virus. Who wants to go to the Mediocrity Anonymous meeting every week and say "Hi, I'm Will and I wasted 4 years and $100k on a worthless degree" in front of the crowd?
And the way to fight it is "toxic reality". Listen to them. They call things "toxic" because it is toxic to CRT. Will Smith is a crappy untalented actor. Gender Studies is worthless. There are men, women, and occasionally a biological mistake. Men are stronger than women. Only women can give birth. And so on. Anywhere you can, be as real as possible.

That's not an "Uh, no". That's just part of it. Critical (Race) Theory is born of Postmodernism which denies the idea that objective truth even exists. Critical Theory tries to wrap it in the notion of "unbiased truth", but at its core it's still a replacement of reality with "my truth". I perceive that I'm oppressed, therefore I am objectively oppressed and you're racist if you think otherwise.
Anything that's not pure objectivism denies reality in some form. CRT doesn't encompass all philosophy outside of Atlas Shrugged.
It's not a useful distinction, and by the way the reality is feeling oppressed does mean you are actually oppressed -- it's just that you are your own oppressor, not somebody else. These people self-oppress themselves because that's easier for them than developing a skill.
The whole point of Critical (Race) Theory is that is denies the existence of "truth"
