California can't even achieve a 77% literacy rate. Only 85% of Americans have a bank account. I wouldn't even be surprised if it turned out only 95% of people wipe their asses after a shit.

The only way we get to 97% vaccination rate is if they literally murder those that refuse.

The implication is not that getting to 97% is the goal, it is that we can never return to normal.
