The enthusiasm didnt exist because the establishment controlled the narrative. Ive been seeing coworkers and family members talking more and more about wasteful and corrupt government spending. Even heard my dad the other day think people are purposely setting the fires here in California because of how the Governor keeps using them for political capital. A change is coming, we just have to keep making our voices heard.
