At a guess, it's meant to say "bruises and scratches", which I would have thought would normally be written as "cuts and bruises" (at least where I'm from), but they've written "viruses" so many times that their autocorrect/spell check now automatically corrects bruises to viruses, which is just... Quite hilarious really.
