If there’s an end-game to the vaccine mandate other than control it would be to split the country into pure Red and pure Blue States. Force conservatives to uproot from States that mandate vaccines and into States that won’t. Then we’re back to a Civil War footing and a large amount of wide-spread sectarian violence can be avoided in Dem strongholds.

A majority of republicans believe in equality and are essentially progressive-lite. Also, any urban area will become infected. I don’t think this is a feasible solution.
