Unless you buy the concept that a ton of those are really gay and afraid to show it.

In 2021? Being gay is practically a cheat code. No dealing with women's shit at work because you can claim homophobia as a protected group. Preferential hiring, as you are of a protected group.

Why would anyone hide being gay when it helps you? Better to hide being straight. Then again, that would be like that awful Chuck and Larry movie.
