Does it count vaccine related injury as a hospitalization?
The graph doesn't include the partially 'vaccinated'. All of the jabs that are being given out, that I know of, come in two shots to be considered fully 'vaccinated'.
They're likely rolling up the partially jabbed into Unvaccinated and that would include those getting hospitalized for adverse reactions to the jab to pump up the numbers and increase the fear mongering.

You are correct. I looked it up on CDC.gov and Johnson & Johnson's Jannsen is listed as requiring only a single shot.
