Good question. As someone over 35 it’s being able to coast completely oblivious to the brewing issues of the world until 2016, then picking up that something’ wrong, then realizing the gravity of what’s happening, then understanding the true hopelessness of the situation.

So I think many realize what's going on but just want to bury their heads in the sand enjoy the last few years they have left before things get really really bad.
