A couple years ago they started writing headlines wrong and it bugs the hell out of me. This headline should read, "Report: HS cancels tribute" since there is a report that says the following information. As written, it's saying the information of interest has produced a report.
I don't know if journos are retarded or if they think people won't read past the first word and a colon, but it's wrong.
