I am NOT endorsing this obviously, but its the next logical step after courts set a legal precedent by refusing to do anything about the 2020 shenanigans.
Maybe if we lived in a magic universe where there actually WAS some sort of God or Super AI or whatever of Law, and all it did was uphold the law (regardless of other considerations, like fairness, morals, special interests, etc.), we could have fair and equal enforcement under the law.
But so long as humans are involved in the process?
