I'm not so sure.

It seems like the Taliban have allowed westerners to leave through the airport with very few exceptions - and those exceptions have been PMC's trying to smuggle out Afghan translators, and even they seem to be allowed to leave after questioning, albeit without the people they came for. The Taliban's view appears to be 'Westerners may leave, it is the Afghans who are our prisoners'.
