Today reminded me that 9/11 occurred during my first week as a freshman.
I was sleepily watching the footage of a burning building on the TV while eating breakfast in the caf without understanding the gravity, then proceeded to attend class all day where no one mentioned anything (in a world before smartphones) and I didn't actually find out what happened until dinner time.
Interesting.
My college days were long ago.
Today reminded me that 9/11 occurred during my first week as a freshman.

This explains why you are like that. Teenage angst and rebellion this late in life, and chose the other side of the horseshoe.
I know it is going to fall in deaf ears, but you will regret it later in life abandoning your parents due to political disagreement.
Says the socialist leftist.
You don't dump your parents due to political disagreement, no matter how far to the other side of the horseshoe you fall into.
After all, they are the only ones that will accept your futa.
