We're so far beyond trying to reason with these people that there's really nothing left to do but keep notes about who said what for future reference.

This whole thing has begun to remind me of a petulant child who keeps swinging their fists in the air in front of someone's face while saying, "I'm not hitting you!" as if they're not doing anything deserving of being laid out.
