They were paid very well for their informing on their countrymen whilst they were in Afghanistan. They will not make the high quality citizens which we (supposedly) need in the west.
No, great most of such people were completely left behind. Even the highly trained and actually capable air force pilots face extradition from Uzbekistan to Afghanistan.
Also this just reminded me how the French refused to take the Algerians who had fought for De Gaulle's erstwhile slogan "Algeria is France" (and hundreds of thousands were then brutally massacred), but then imported millions of random Algerians and other Arabs/Muslims.
