The main difference is how she acted when she was caught. She's trying to pin the blame on literally everyone but herself, and saying that her business partner raped her and controlled her.
And you know good and well she's gonna get away with it.
She portrayed herself like she was Jesus descending from the heavens to save humanity up until the house of cards fell. And yet NOW she is a victim? Just wtf was she doing this whole time if literally any and everyone was really pulling the strings and truly in charge? At best she's a sociopath. At worst people propped her up as an example of a Successful Woman despite her being a sociopath. Either way, I wish they'd make an example of her but again, they won't.
I have hope they will. She didn't con the average person, she conned Wall Street.
She's the matriarchy's middle finger to the financial system and if they let her go free, it shows who really controls what goes on.
