Anyone from England have a copy of the text you receive with the results of a PCR test?

Posted on reddit but imagine it'll get taken down!

I need to get into an event, it's pretty important, and at the last minute a negative PCR test has been required. I won't be able to get the results back in time but need to send myself a text from another phone with the exact same wording so it can pass at the gate.

Anyone able to help me out?

Failing to do so will mean losing some important people from my life for good.

I know it and I've thought about it. Unfortunately the response to this virus has been nothing short of hysteria and I don't wish at this moment to lose these people.
