You'll know when the power infrastructure is bombed, oil pipelines flood town water supplies, and half the country's forests are on fire just as or after a natural disaster strikes.

If I had a team of around 15 people I could bring this country to a grinding halt with just a few days of prep work and driving, and there's damn near nothing anyone can do to stop it.
